Welcome To Your Inner Jungle

This site is for a specific type of person. A person who needs help.

When someone is questioning whether life is worth living, my hope is that they find this space. To come across this writing and realize that they are not alone. To be aware that their light can be renewed.

If this is you I want you to understand one truth.

A shift from darkness, from hopelessness, can happen at any moment. A life with no meaning and no future can turn around within an instant.

Do not give up on yourself.

The Journey That Brought Me Here

I know this painful truth all too well.

I clearly remember the moment my thoughts turned on me. The moment I was no longer simply depressed but someone who was thinking about ending their life.

This was a place I never thought I would find. An internal struggle I assumed would never have to be fought. And one that came out of nowhere. Almost like a light switch being flicked on, there it was, and I couldn't escape it.

It followed me everywhere.

Like a parasite it seeped into every crevice of my mind. Whether I wanted to or not I was in a tug of war with an unknown force I couldn't see but only feel. Like an energy pulling me inwards at varying intensities. Always keeping me aware of its presence and then crushing me whenever it felt like.

After 3 years of trying to outrun what was chasing me I realized it wasn't going to work. I was tired and I was losing the battle.

One day I woke up and decided I had enough. That it was time to change what I was doing and to actually open my eyes to the life that was calling out for me.

I decided I wasn't ready to throw away my existence with so much left to uncover.

Stay And Create A Shift

If you're struggling in these ways stay with me. Let this be the moment that turns your thoughts away from darkness and towards a life you actually care about.

Together we can move away from the past and towards a future that means something. A future that you look forward to and one with defining goals that resonate at a deeper level than you've ever experienced.

We all have a reason to live. Find yours.
